The location is fantastic, just steps away from the MRT station and surrounded by convenience stores. My room was surprisingly spacious, particularly the bathroom, which exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the complimentary hot drinks and snacks available at the reception.

Disappointing Experience Overall

I expected a comfortable stay but faced numerous issues like no hot water for days, dirty floors, and a broken sink. Staff were unhelpful, and there was no room service throughout my five-night stay.
